Astraphobia, also called astrapophobia, brontophobia, ceraunophobia or tonitrophobia, is a specific phobia involving fear of thunder and lightning, or an unwarranted fear of scattered or isolated thunderstorms. It is a treatable phobia that both humans and animals can develop.
