Groups every source in the psychology atlas whose text is drawn from a general-purpose encyclopedia entry, chiefly Wikipedia, rather than from a specialist, institutional or journal page. An encyclopedia source states an established, broadly agreed account of a psychologist, theory, school or study and is the atlas's default reference tier: cited widely because it is written for a general reader, checked against other sources rather than treated as the last word, and never the sole citation for a contested or narrow claim. A source drawn from a site built specifically to teach psychology, rather than to cover every subject, belongs under educational reference instead.
