Miriam Erez

Miriam Erez, born in 1943, is an Israeli industrial and organizational psychologist and management scholar. She is professor emerita at the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, where she previously served as dean of the faculty now known as the Faculty of Data and Decision Sciences. She received the Israel Prize in management science in 2005 and in 2023 received the Distinguished Scientific Contributions Award of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
