Allison Harvey

Allison G. Harvey is an Australian psychologist who is professor of psychology and director of the Golden Bear Sleep and Mood Research Clinic at the University of California, Berkeley. She is known for her research on the role of sleep and circadian processes in mental health, the development of transdiagnostic treatments, and the translation of basic science into approaches that improve outcomes from evidence based psychological treatments. She has authored more than 350 articles and chapters and three books, and her work has been recognized with the Distinguished Scientist Award from the Sleep Research Society and the Peter Hauri Lifetime Distinguished Scientific Achievement Award from the Society for Behavioral Sleep Medicine.
